Afro on Print

I am having so much fun with my hair, now that it is a year and 3 months old. It is a lot more versatile than when it was a TWA. I never thought I would say my afro is my best accessory!

My very good friend Faeeza gave me the neck piece and earrings in this post as a birthday gift. I could not wait to incorporate them into my wardrobe. To make them pop I wore them them with black on black. 

For an office friendly look I will wear my high waist paints with a crisp white shirt and the neck piece.

Red Wall

The red wall behind me is everything. Today I wore one of my favorite colors- yellow and I paired the skirt with a denim shirt. It started out as a lazy Saturday; the plan was to lie on the couch and watch Dstv catch up all day. We later decided since that is exactly what we did yesterday, it would do us better to go out and about, so we went out for lunch and mingled with other humans...and I got to dress up.

Fashion week

I am very optimistic about 2015. This is the year that I marry my bestie and start the rest of our lives together. I am very anxious about the big day but at the same time I can't wait for it.

My perfect bridal shower

My amazing friends threw me the most stylish bridal shower ever. The girls were quite sneaky planning it, because I didn't suspect a thing. Everyone looked stunning in white at a gorgeous golf estate in Midrand. The décor was beautiful with shades of gold and white against the lush backdrop of the golf course. It was such a fun afternoon, thank you to all my girls for making it special.
